Yes, if couples regardless of their sexual orientation want to raise a child and provide a stable living environment, they should have the right to adopt a child and pass the same background checks as straight couples. But individual/faith-based adoption agencies should not be forced to violate their beliefs, and let them decide or choose which couples should be prioritized.
